1. One should be able to recognize physical hunger.
2. One should eat while sitting down.
3. Do not eat in front of television or a movie or while cooking or standiing as unconsciously one tends to eat more.
3. One should use small bowls for dal and curd etc.
4. Avoid tendency of refilling the plate.
5. Chew food properly and take atleast 21 minutes for eating.
6. Use wordd like healthy food habit instead of dieting as it gives a positive spirit.
